Strength Power Endurance Durability

Become a Hammer. Make everything a nail

What has happened to us? When did we get so damn soft? When did it become acceptable to just float through life with no dreams, no ambition, and no work ethic? When did hard work become a negative? How do we change this?

We never challenge ourselves. Everything we do is aimed at protecting our tiny, fragile egos from disappointment. Society values fake celebrities as heroes, while the real heroes fade to black completely, forgotten. We have sold our souls for political correctness and “Netflix and chill”. We have buried our ambition and work ethic beneath the perceived perfection of social media likes and 12th place trophies.

Things need to change. We need people to step up and lead us back into the light. We need new rights of passage and tests of manhood. Our psyches cry out for real leaders and Gods to follow. We need the path to be illuminated by those who have walked it.

It is not too late to change. It never is. I personally long for a time when a man protected his word above all else. When Honor actually meant something. When men of principle fought for what they believed in without hesitation. When great leaders spoke the truth, regardless of who’s feelings it hurt.

We need to relearn the value of hard fucking work. Indeed hard work is the only way to create greatness for ourselves. Hard Work. Patience. Persistence. That is all that is required. Show me someone with those 3 and I will show you greatness.

This is why I believe strength training is vital to one’s life. The pursuit of strength, like the pursuit of anything great requires hard work, patience, and persistence. All 3 are required. Becoming physically strong is the best metaphor to becoming great. You must struggle to progress. You must work harder than you ever thought possible. And you must persist until the task is done. You do not get to stop when you are tired. Only when you are done.

My mission is to spread this message like a plague to the World.

I want to be a man of my word.

I want to live with Strength and Honor and have those two pull me where I need to go.

I want to dream the biggest fucking dreams that anyone ever has; and work to surpass them.

I want to eradicate complaining, whining, doubt and fear from my mind, as well as from yours.

I want those I love to have no doubt of my feelings. I want them to be raised up and encouraged by it so that they too can believe in the power they possess.

I want to live ALL of my 86,400 seconds every single day.

I want to make the impossible possible. Not only for me, but for you as well. And I know I can

I want to change the World

Who’s with me?
